The Exchange Club of Monroe will present a flag display for the week of Fourth of July. the Field of Honor. As we come together to celebrate the 250th anniversary of our nation’s independence, the Monroe Exchange Club invites you to join us in honoring the dedication and sacrifice of those who serve and have served in our country’s military.
The “Flags of Honor” display will include a minimum of 500 US Flags to honor our military, and will be located in its’s entirety adjacent to the River Raisin National Battlefield Park. The display will take place from June 27th through July 8th. A formal dedication ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 27th at 1:00pm.
The Monroe Exchange Club, is celebrating its 105th year anniversary. The Exchange Club is founded on the concept of Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities and the Prevention of Child Abuse.
